Key Responsibilities Government & Regulatory Liaison  Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Govt departments like FSSAI, Food Safety Dept. municipal authorities, Pollution Control Board, Fire Safety and other relevant regulatory bodies.  Knowledge of the structure of FSSAI & Food Safety dept.  Coordinate approvals, registrations, and permissions required for UCO collection and handling.  Represent ECOIL in meetings, audits, and inspections related to the initiative. UCO Collection Program Support  Work with FSSAI & Food Safety dept. and other authorities to promote and enforce the ECoil’s initiative among restaurant and hotel partners & Policy level changes  Support the implementation of Used Cooking Oil collection processes at partner locations.  Ensure partner compliance with food safety and waste management guidelines.
