Job Purpose Lead and grow strategic global/regional accounts across freight forwarding and contract logistics by driving retention, share-of-wallet growth, and multi-country solution coordination.
Key Responsibilities - Own global key accounts as the main contact; drive governance, communication, and performance management.
Develop and execute global account plans focused on growth, innovation, and retention. - Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities across air/ocean freight, warehousing, and value-added services.
