Roles and Responsibilities

- Achieve sourcing targets for Micro LAP loans from all retail formats.

- Manage key relationships with merchants & dealers along with Key Account Managers.

- Ensure resource productivity targets are met consistently.

- Manage large sales teams consisting of Area Sales Managers, Portfolio Managers, Sales Officers.

- Manage sales process compliance at Regional level.

- Manage administration for regional level offices.
