Description

The Regional General Manager will work closely with the Troon Operations, Marketing, Agronomic, Human Resources, and Finance Teams to ensure the highest level of guest service, staff training, facility conditions, client relationships, profitability, sales and marketing and reporting systems within the designated region. The Regional General Manager will report directly to the Vice President of Operations for the region. Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000 annually, based on experience. Designated Region: East Potomac Golf Course, Langston Golf Course, and Rock Creek Golf Course. Essential Duties:

Responsible for achieving regional profitability and operational and cash flow goals.
