What You'll Do

• Drive design inspiration and thought leadership to clients and creative teams, setting the long‑term creative vision and strategies.
• Develop and implement creative solutions and approaches on various creative projects, overseeing them to completion.
• In partnership with the Design Studios regional/global leadership team, develop and deliver our creative service offering, helping to drive innovation and engage partnerships with the BCG Consulting Team.
• Understand current client engagements, including products, services, target audience, and competitors’ activities.
• Balance creativity and business needs, providing clear direction, guidance, and feedback to influence and lead teams to deliver impact and excellence on budget and schedule.
