To manage the regional Cx Team and, in certain instances, lead and supervise the entire commissioning process on specific sites. This includes all commissioning contractual deliverables and JEG QSP documentation. Coordinate with all departments to ensure a smooth handover from construction through to commissioning and client handover, including extensive follow‑up with contractors, vendors, and the client site team.

• Review the active/tender projects portfolio scope of works and identify the correct structure and team required to deliver the projects, and incorporate them into the overall project organograms.
