Reeves Construction Company is currently seeking an individual for the position of Roller Operator (Grade Crew) based out of St. Augustine, FL. The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Adhere to Reeves Company safety programs to ensure a safe work environment The ability to operate a steel wheel roller or rubber-tired roller Have an accurate and working knowledge of a roller Be able to oil, grease and fueling of roller Operate roller at a good speed to maximum first compaction Make sure asphalt/dirt/materials is rolled to specifications of roller pattern Willingness and ability to keep roller maintained and clean Willingness to work nights and weekends Operate equipment in a safe and consistent manner Job Requirements
