We’re seeking a skilled and dependable **Equipment Operator** to join our team at our **Albuquerque recycling plant** . If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are passionate about sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Operate a **Front end** **loader** as your primary equipment.
+ Occasionally operate a **Forklift** , **baler** , and other machinery including trucks and smaller equipment.
+ Support daily operations to ensure efficient recycling processes.

**Schedule** **:**

+ **Four 12 hour shifts per week.**
+ Workdays: **Monday–Friday** , with **one weekday off** , **Sunday off** , and a **rotating Saturday** .
+ **Start time:** 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM

**Compensation** **:**

+ **$20.00 - $23.00/hour** , depending on experience (DOE)
