We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end hiring process. You will be responsible for attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to support business growth across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Strong understanding of gaming roles, gamer culture, and online communities
• Source candidates through gaming communities, job boards, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, social platforms and/or referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback.
>Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
