Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles across assigned industries (Healthcare Real Estate/Construction Hospitality).
- Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates using job portals social channels and internal databases.
- Coordinate interviews follow-ups salary discussions and offer closures.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Partner closely with clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain ATS/CRM accuracy and deliver weekly recruitment reports.
