The Recruitment Operations Coordinator supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality recruitment operations by ensuring data integrity, maintaining system accuracy, and enabling efficient, standardised workflows across the Firm’s recruitment function. Working closely with the Recruitment Operations Specialist and People Systems and Analytics teams, the Coordinator plays a foundational role in operational quality — performing data validation, supporting system processes, and contributing to process improvement, automation, and governance activities.
