Job Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Post job advertisements, maintain candidate databases, and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare recruitment reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
