Purpose
Drive new business opportunities and internal sales and service activities by managing relationships with developmental brokers, and identify and liaise with business units to communicate cross‑sell opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- Support key activity outcomes with Business Units to ensure key pipeline accounts are being managed – serviced as agreed and inform Business Development Leaders of key developments.
- Follow‑up with distributors or Business Unit personnel to drive key initiatives and action items coming out of internal sales meetings and cross‑Business Unit planning meetings.
- Communicate directly with selected distributors to present value propositions and drive business development activities to support Business Development needed.
