Position Overview
Be a key player in Ledcor's HR team as a full-time Recruitment Coordinator in either Calgary or Edmonton. Guide candidates through the hiring process in a hybrid work model.
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you'll facilitate onboarding for new hires and liaise with internal teams. Your role involves handling queries, tracking pre-employment progress, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey. Excellent organizational skills are essential in this high-volume, fast-paced position where you'll manage multiple candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
