We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to source, engage and place mid‑senior level engineering professionals. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build client relationships, and deliver excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end desk ownership: client wins, role briefs, candidate search, screening, and offers
• Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams
• Present shortlists, coordinate interviews, and manage offer negotiations
• Hit weekly/monthly placement and revenue targets; maintain accurate CRM records
• Act as a market expert for engineering roles, salary trends, and skills
