Qualifications

Minimum Matric

5 Years' recruitment and selection with a strong focus on IT and Technology roles

Proven permanent recruitment experience in IT sectors, including Software Development, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, DevOps and Infrastructure

Exposure to recruiting for AI/ML roles (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, AI Specialists)

Strong administrative skills

Ability to match technical skills according to client needs

Valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle
