Generative is recruiting a Business Development Associate to support our growing VC‑backed AI service offering. The position is a blend of talent acquisition and client relationship management, transitioning from a candidate‑focused role to a client‑focused one over time.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage and headhunt suitable candidates for our client portfolio.
- Develop and nurture client relationships, securing new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Represent Generative at industry events, meet‑ups, and customer site visits.
- Use phone and in‑person meetings to communicate with candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage multiple processes and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
