We are recruiting for a Recruitment and Resourcing Team Leader to play a pivotal role in ensuring a robust, efficient, and KPI-driven recruitment service that supports the Trust's vision of Improving lives through excellent and innovative care. We are looking for a colleague who has a passion for delivering high-quality, compliant recruitment services and thrives on improving performance, strengthening governance, and meeting service standards.

We are looking for an individual who:

• Has well establishment recruitment experience (NHS experience desirable), which must include managing pre-employment compliance governance and working to KPI's and service standards
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of NHS recruitment governance, compliance, and legislation
• Is confident in undertaking compliance audits, reporting and analysing information.
