• Maintain relationships and follow up with existing clients
• Liaise with clients on manpower requirements
• Interview and match suitable candidates to meet clients’ hiring requirements
• Assist with onboarding and documentation
• Maintain candidate database

• Responsible and proactive in follow-ups, able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in recruitment or CRM system will be an added advantage
• CEI Certificate preferred
