Description A rapidly growing lifestyle and consumer products company is seeking a Recruiting & Operations Specialist to support hiring initiatives, employee onboarding, internal communications, and business operations. This position will work closely with leadership to help scale the organization while maintaining a strong employee experience and operational efficiency.
