The Role:
Lead a team of recruiters.
Responsible for delivering the hiring OKRs for all functions (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Customer Care and Community, Tech) through strategy and work plans.
Keep the deadlines for hiring and ensure the hiring of first-class specialists to Impress.
Recruit for executive level positions.
Supply solutions to real-time blockers and challenges for the team.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (hiring managers, interviewers, C-level).
Grow and develop team members and manage the performance evolution and increase their impact.
