Position Overview
Description:
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
- Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
- Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
- Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs. Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
- Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationship
