Health Advocates Network is hiring a Healthcare Talent Specialist to join our team in West Covina, CA. This role is built for experienced recruiters who can produce results, build pipelines, and consistently deliver hires.

What You’ll Do

- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to placement

- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines

- Drive consistent outreach (calls, texts, emails) to generate hires

- Screen, qualify, and submit strong candidates

- Partner with internal teams to meet hiring goals

- Maintain ATS accuracy and ensure compliance

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years recruiting or staffing experience (healthcare preferred)

- Proven track record of hires and performance
