We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter with experience in heavy equipment, construction, and/or skilled trades hiring. This role is responsible for using both traditional and non-traditional recruiting resources and a network of established contacts to identify talent, recruit, and screen applicants.

This is a 100% in office position located in Irving, Texas.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

• Manages and supports all phases of the recruitment process including planning, sourcing, screening, selecting, declining, hiring, and onboarding assistance.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs.
• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods based on the role, geographical market, industry standards, and the needs of the company.
