Basic Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent recruiting experience

Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures

Deep understanding of applicant tracking systems

Ability to set accurate expectations on compensation and leveling with candidates and client teams

Ability to prepare and extend offers within client's compensation guidelines

Ability to explain client's compensation philosophy and communicate total compensation impact
