**Job Summary**:
Responsible for recruiting for roles entry-level to Director in multiple areas of our company. Ensures current and future business requirements can be met by driving high quality recruitment outcomes while partnering with the business, the talent team and the wider HR community.
**Principal Responsibilities**:
- Supports the creation and execution of their recruitment strategy, processes and resources to attract and hire top talent across the organization. Fill critical vacancies by identifying and attracting executive leaders by partnering with the executive recruitment manager.
- Cultivates and manages an executive talent pool on an on-going, proactive basis through research, sourcing and networking.
