This role owns the full talent pipeline across our companies—from apprentices and interns to experienced industry professionals and future leaders.

The goal is simple:

• know who the next hire is before the job ever opens.


• What You’ll Do Build proactive pipelines at all levels (entry level → leadership) Recruit experienced talent from construction/trades (including passive candidates) Own and grow our apprenticeship and internship programs Develop relationships with schools, industry networks, and internal teams Turn referrals and market insight into real hires Travel regionally (NC, SC, VA) on a regular basis to build partnerships with schools, attend recruiting events, etc.
