Position Overview
Recruiter Job Roles & Responsibilities - Should be responsible for recruitment activities from Engineering to Field Construction phase of the Project.
- Should have experience in recruiting candidates for PMC EPCM and Inhouse Engineering project across Middle East.
- Responsible for maintaining recruitment activities in the Recruitment Tracker
- Hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking System Workday Taleo etc
- Should have excellent negotiation skills.
- Managing job specification Head Hunting Screening & conducting preliminary interview sourcing profiles telephonic interviews reference checks Follow-ups for the feedback Confirmations and on-boarding of candidates.
- Coordinate with Line Mangers and arrange interviews for the internal & Client based positions.
