Full-Time Recreation Coordinator

We are seeking a creative, compassionate, and energetic Recreation Coordinator to join our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, develop, and implement engaging recreational activities and programs tailored to resident needs


• Maintain accurate documentation of care plans, participation, and progress in accordance with New York State guidelines


• Coordinate transportation for residents to and from activities and outings
