We’re looking for a compassionate and organised Level 1 Recovery Coordinator to support clients on their journey to independence. This is a reliable and varied role with opportunities to grow your career in case management.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, whānau, providers, and employers.
• Communicate via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage rehabilitation plans and help remove barriers to recovery.
• Support clients to achieve their recovery goals.
