This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer care through the daily reconciliation of processes supporting various Client Groups and the identification of those items that require further investigation and resolution. Through ongoing training initiatives and continuous self‑development, the incumbent will operate in an efficient and effective cross‑functional shared service to ensure timely reconciliations, loss prevention and risk mitigation as prescribed by the Bank’s Standards and Procedures. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct, RBC Values, Standing Orders, and CM Reconciliations Policies and Standards.
