**Primary Responsibilities**

+ Answer telephones, take and relay messages for employees, and route telephone calls to appropriate parties.
+ Greet visitors and callers, ascertain names and organizations represented and notify appropriate employee of visitor arrival.
+ Issue safety glasses and name tags to visitors.
