- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction at the front desk
- Maintain accuracy in reservations, billing, and cash handling
- Protect confidentiality and security of guest information
- Ensure timely and effective communication with housekeeping and other departments
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized front desk area
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, SOPs, and service standards
