GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Provides front desk support for the facility. Provides a first impression for all who visit of extraordinary
customer service. Answers phones, greets visitors, distributes mail, copies and faxes, signs for packages and various general administrative duties.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Operates telephone to answer, screen and/or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. (40%)
+ Greets persons entering facility, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations. (30%)
+ Performs administrative support tasks, such as filing, maintaining records and information/document transmission. (10%)
+ Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail. (10%)
