Position Overview

We are seeking an engaging and outgoing Part‑time Receptionist to work 20–30 hours per week in our Auckland Studio. Flexible hours up to 30 hours are available, with preferred hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives, and members of the public.
  • Work closely with the Studio Manager to provide administrative support.
  • Manage hospitality arrangements for the studio, including catering orders.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy at all times.
  • Provide a seamless and high‑quality customer experience for guests and internal staff as part of the Front of House team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Front‑of‑house / hospitality experience preferred.
  • Minimum two years of administration experience.
