We are seeking an engaging and outgoing Part‑time Receptionist to work 20–30 hours per week in our Auckland Studio. Flexible hours up to 30 hours are available, with preferred hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives, and members of the public.
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to provide administrative support.
- Manage hospitality arrangements for the studio, including catering orders.
- Ensure meeting rooms are tidy at all times.
- Provide a seamless and high‑quality customer experience for guests and internal staff as part of the Front of House team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Front‑of‑house / hospitality experience preferred.
- Minimum two years of administration experience.
