Responsibilities
Greet all customers as they arrive in the showroomRespond to telephone callsDetermine customer needs and direct the customer to appropriate individual for assistanceCommunicate effectively and professionally at all times to customers, providing exceptional friendly service Qualifications
Previous relevant customer service experienceHighly motivated and enthusiasticExcellent communication and interpersonal skillstExperience using computer software including Microsoft Office productsBilingualism would be an asset
