Responsibilities
Customer Management
- Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the facility.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Administrative Support
- Oversight of office help, drivers and reception.
- Manage new hires/departures, and provide/remove security passes and access to office as appropriate.
