Receptionist in a law firm - Brussels

Position Overview

As a Receptionist your responsibilities are:


  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression at the front desk.

  • Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments.

  • Handling mail and courier services, including sorting and distributing correspondence.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area at all times.

  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring they are prepared for use.

  • Supporting the secretarial team with administrative tasks as needed.

  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when necessary.

  • Assisting visitors and employees with inquiries in a courteous manner.
