Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage a busy multi-line switchboard, directing calls accurately and efficiently.
- Take and relay messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing courier deliveries and collections.
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared, clean, and equipped for meetings.
- Facilitate guest arrivals by notifying relevant staff, offering refreshments where required, and ensuring a positive visitor experience.
