Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support general administrative tasks.

  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage scheduling and appointment booking
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner
