Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist for a short-term contract assignment. This role will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support in a busy office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner

+ Answer and direct incoming phone calls

+ Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area

+ Handle mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing packages

+ Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination

+ Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation

+ Monitor office supplies and assist with ordering as needed
