Job Objective - Manage daily administrative operations of the reception area, which include maintaining documents and receiving visitors, and delivery matters (incoming and outgoing).
- Provide general administrative support for the Operations department.
Core Responsibilities General Reception/Administrative Duties:
- Manage all phone and in-person interactions in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer general enquiries (face-to-face or phone) related to the company's business and direct specific enquiries to the relevant stakeholders
- Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area, conference rooms and visitor holding areas at all times
- Receive documents and courier packages, and prepare delivery documents (outgoing DO) when necessary
