Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join the Cape Town team,
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain the reception area, always keeping it presentable
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Respond to emails and messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with staff and external parties
