Be the friendly face that makes every patient feel at ease from the moment they arrive. As the first point of contact, you will welcome patients warmly, support them throughout their visit, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer care at the heart – warmly greeting patients in person and over the phone, answering queries, and ensuring a relaxed, welcoming environment.
