Due to continued growth, our client are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join their Burleigh Heads team.

As the first point of contact for the business, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Managing sales leads, correspondence, and general office communications
