Position Summary :
The Reception & Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in delivering a professional, friendly, and responsive experience for all callers and visitors.
The role is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling service bookings, supporting administrative tasks, and providing coordination support to the Service, Projects, and Sales teams. This position ensures accurate communication, efficient office operations, and a consistently high standard of customer service across the business.
