In this role you will work as a Casual Reception and Sales colleague (internally known as a Placemaker) at Places Leisure, in a lively environment with likeminded people. Your key responsibilities include:

• Inspiring others to work together and deliver their best.
• Managing daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence.
• Providing excellent customer service while promoting a helpful and welcoming environment.
• Using sales tools and techniques documented by Places Leisure membership management.

Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but the ideal candidate is proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn with our continuous training and development opportunities.
