Position Overview

We are recruiting for Reception Administrator

This is a Part time position

The salary will depend on the skills and experience of the candidate.

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities :

  • Welcoming and assisting patients
  • Answering telephone calls and directing them appropriately
  • Managing patient enquiries
  • Liaising with external healthcare providers such as hospitals and pharmacies
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support patient care
  • Completing all required mandatory training within designated timeframes and maintaining up‑to‑date certifications as required for the role

Minimum of 2 years experience working in a GP practice

EMIS clinical system trained
