Position Summary
This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the execution of all activities on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Works with Operations Manager and Account Management team to plan daily activities

+ Determines appropriate production methods and labor levels to meet service deliverables

+ Reviews master production schedule and work orders to prioritize/revise workforce to maximize availability and meet expectations

+ S upervises all operations personnel to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and accuracy

+ Ensures all lines are properly set-up and that materials are in position for prompt start up at the beginning of each shift

+ E nsures all employees understand their specific duties, at the beginning of each shift start up

+ Run WMS reports for open, pending, and rush orders
