JOB DESCRIPTION

A growing and well-established reinforcing steel contractor is seeking an experienced Rebar Project Manager to oversee commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and large-scale construction projects from award through completion.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage reinforcing steel projects from contract award through final closeout
• Coordinate estimating handoff, detailing, fabrication, delivery, and field installation activities
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and manpower forecasts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, engineers, detailers, and field personnel
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
